Setting Up MT5 on GigaNodes Windows VPS
Step 1 — Order Windows VPS
Select Cloud S at giganodes.host/vps/india, choose Windows Server 2019 as OS. Your VPS is provisioned in minutes with RDP credentials.
Step 2 — Connect via Remote Desktop
Windows key → search “Remote Desktop Connection” → enter VPS IP, username, password from welcome email → Connect.
Step 3 — Install MT5 inside VPS
Inside the VPS desktop, open Chrome → go to metatrader5.com → Download → Install → log in with your broker account.
Step 4 — Load Your EA
Copy your Expert Advisor (.ex5) to MQL5/Experts/ folder → Navigator → Expert Advisors → drag onto chart → enable “Allow Automated Trading”.
Step 5 — Disconnect RDP (Keep VPS Running)
